What We Are Looking for
- A proven leader with 8+ years experience, and a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and maintaining client retention
- A well-rounded marketing generalist with an aptitude for enterprise-level digital marketing
- A natural relationship builder who values the unique perspectives of clients and team members
- An expert who quickly and respectfully coordinates and motivates cross-functional teams
- An optimistic team player who wants to work with talented and passionate people, internally and externally
Here Is What You'll Do
- Lead and grow enterprise-level, complex client accounts
- Contribute to the creation of detailed marketing strategies and budgets across a wide range of channels
- Manage campaign implementation from initiation to execution, ensuring quality reporting is provided to measure and improve performance
- Communicate with the leadership team to further client success and support other departments and teams
- Plan, manage, lead internal alignment, client meetings and presentations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams with a motivational, proactive approach
- Ensure client goals are communicated and adhered to in production while contributing your point of view
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and ability to communicate directly and tactfully with internal teams, clients, vendors, and leadership
- Determine tracking strategies to tell a campaign’s true story
- Review monthly campaign reports and present them to internal teams and clients.
- Stay ahead of trends and digital marketing capabilities as a digital marketing leader
- Promote client advocacy at every step in the process
- Mentor junior staff with weekly AM Power Hour meetups to upskill our team, sharing account management tips, strategic approaches
- Independent contributor role with room for expansion into management if needed/desired
Are You The Right Fit?
- Marketing agency and client management experience are a must
- 8+ years of experience planning and implementing a wide variety of marketing campaigns
- A born-to-do-it personality
- Business savvy and relationship driven, proven sales wins and strategic delivery adoptions
- Highly proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bonus - strategic skills in any of the following:
- Inbound & Content Marketing
- SEO & SEM
- Digital Ads
- Social Media
- Creative Writing
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization
