What We Are Looking For
Freelance Graphic Designer Specialist With PC Microsoft Publisher
Liger is on the prowl for a graphic designer to join our creative team as a contractor/freelancer. This position will have the privilege of working with highly creative and talented individuals in a very collaborative and cross-functional working culture.
This role will design, layout, conceptualize, strategize, and deliver assets for advertising/marketing communications. If you’re a creative, agile attacker with a hunger for enhancing client stories, enforcing brand standards, quality, details, and following processes, and you possess creative moxy, this role is for you.
Liger was founded in 2019 as a full-service marketing firm and was recently acquired as a Tarkenton Companies brand. Tarkenton empowers large enterprises and rapidly growing companies to create new revenue through strategic planning, essential marketing, and advanced technology.
Dynamic work environment, Class A facilities, with casual dress and an informal atmosphere. Liger operates on a hybrid schedule, working remotely and rotating between offices in Dunwoody and Buckhead. This is a direct-hire employee position with benefits.
Here Is What You'll Do
- Create from scratch and update branded material:
- Collateral: brochures, catalogs, flyers, brand identity, letterhead, etc.
- Digital (digital publication, google ads, social media ads) and print publication ads
- Brand/style guides
- Web material mockups (landing page layouts, graphic images)
- Infographics
- Email campaign templates
- Decks/Presentations and templates
Are You The Right Fit?
- Minimum of 10 years of design/publication/marketing or graphics department experience
- Proficiency in MS Word (for letterhead templates, for example), Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), and Acrobat PDF (writer)
- Presentation-building experience, specifically with PC Microsoft Publisher
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and in a team structure
- Aptitude to take direction and constructive feedback well and perform assigned tasks in a timely and productive manner
- Skills to stay “on trend” with design elements through personal research
- Competence in developing concepts and designs as directed in a creative brief
- Availability to discuss design via phone, email, Slack, Zoom, or Google Meet
